As Exeutive Vice President of Boyle Construction, Ken Duerholz provides estimating and project management services. Because he is, himself, a trained and Registered Architect, owners and developers appreciate Ken’s creativity and ability to communicate with project architects. His insights and ability to make qualified judgments increase project efficiency and often forestall construction complications.
Ken has worked with Boyle Construction for over 19 years; his association with Sean Boyle dates to 1985. He shares management oversight for all Boyle projects, while also participating in client development, public relations, and marketing. Ken worked as an estimator for a national West Coast contractor and spent five years with an architectural firm, during which time he became a Registered Architect and gained experience in estimating projects in excess of $450 million.
Ken is a co-owner of CodeMaster Inspection Services, Inc., a regional building code inspection firm that specializes in Uniform Construction Code (UCC) plan review and inspections. CodeMaster has 25+ municipal clients in Lehigh, Northampton, Upper Bucks, and Carbon Counties.
