Project Description

Boyle is overseeing construction for the multi-phased renovation of the Allentown Kia Dealership.

Phase I renovations included demolition of the existing Showroom storefront, façade, and roofing. New structural steel was installed along with a new storefront, a metal panel façade, roofing, HVAC units, and an entrance vestibule. Phase I also featured new site lighting and repaving the existing parking lots.

Phase II is internal renovations to the dealership. It includes demolition work and construction of new offices, a conference room, a Service Writeup Area, and a new Parts Area. The work features new partitions, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service.
