Project Description

Boyle oversaw construction of a new 25,000 SF three-story Medical Office Building fully fitted out for medical office space, exam rooms, outpatient surgery center and X-ray rooms. The building is structural steel with concrete slabs; the exterior is prefabricated panels consisting of structural studs, thin set brick and EFIS.

The design called for a lot of natural light, and steps were taken to construct the building as “green” and environmentally friendly as possible. The work also included renovations to an existing 12,000 SF building on the same site. That work included renovations to 80% of the interior spaces and an exterior “face lift.”
