Project Description

During the summer of 2014, Boyle performed construction management and general contractor services for an accelerated renovation project for Lehigh University’s Building #82 into the new Kappa Delta Sorority House. The Kappa Delta project featured interior and exterior renovations to this 13,000 SF facility, including painting the interior and exterior, renovating the bathrooms and flooring and updating the building’s signage. Boyle coordinated subcontractors and monitored time lines, the budget, quality and safety. Collaborating with the architect and Lehigh University Facilities staff, Boyle communicated all issues that arose and came to immediate resolution for an on-time six-week project delivery.

For the Taylor House, Lehigh University Building #68, renovation project during the summer of 2015, Boyle provided construction management services and general contractor services to completely update this three-story 37,424 SF residence hall. The project renovated all flooring and installed new carpeting where needed; painted and upgraded finishes for all bedrooms, lounges, corridors and kitchens; added three new kitchens; replaced all doors; and repaired or replaced the windows.
