Project Description

Boyle oversaw site work, development and construction of a new 24,000 SF Municipal Building and Police Station and expansion to the Public Works Facility. Site work included excavation, utilities, paving and landscaping.

The building is steel and metal framing with stone masonry veneer, stucco and shingle roof. The facility features new Township offices, a Council meeting room and office space for all Township support and administration. The project also included a new Police Station with offices, a holding room, interview rooms, etc.

Services Provided

CM services: Boyle Construction performed full pre-construction services from building conceptual design through schematic and design development drawings. The project included several budgets and value engineering. Boyle facilitated the bidding process, subcontractor qualification and bid review. Construction services: Full-time site supervision, scheduling, submittal review and approvals, administered weekly progress meeting, reviewed monthly invoices, change orders, etc.
