The 60,000 SF facility consists of five different dated structures and required intense preconstruction planning to work around existing tenants and limited closing dates.
Boyle provided construction management services and was responsible for budgeting, value engineering, the procurement schedule and the overall project schedule.
The Crayola Experience materials procurement was carefully planned and executed in concert with the physical changes to the building. With 15 total weeks for construction, including only being closed three months to the public and six weeks for construction and six weeks for exhibit installation, Boyle carefully orchestrated contractors and equipment providers.
