Project Description

Located on the West Chester Pike in The Shops at Ellis Preserve, a master planned development, Firepoint is the Paxos Restaurants’ newest restaurant. Boyle provided construction management for Firepoint®, which features an exhibition kitchen and a wood-fired grill and serves lunch and dinner. It is the fifth restaurant that Boyle has implemented for Paxos Restaurants, with the other four being Melt, Blue, Top Cut, and Torre, all located in the Lehigh Valley.

Firepoint® offers both indoor and outdoor seating, two bars, a wine room, and two fireplaces. The 7,500 SF restaurant seats 250 guests inside and an additional 150 guests on the outdoor, timber-framed patio. The restaurant offers a casual, warm and inviting dining atmosphere with an open kitchen that adds a theatrical, entertainment element.

Specialty interior features include custom fabricated bars and banquettes, exposed beam and bronze mesh ceilings, concrete counters and host stand, a stacked wood exterior marquee and custom fabricated lighting.
