Boyle is proud to be managing the construction of a new Lehigh Valley Health Network is moving into Montgomery County with their first neighborhood hospital and medical office building in Gilbertsville.
The hospital will be 22,000 SF and have a full-service ER and limited number of inpatient beds along with extensive lab, imaging and pharmacy services. The MOB will be 57,000 SF and will house a variety of medical services, including Lehigh Valley Physician Group primary care and pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, rheumatology, physiatry, cardiology, cardiac and nuclear testing, breast health services, adult and pediatric rehabilitation and cardiac rehabilitation. HNL Lab Medicine also will be on-site.
Lehigh Valley Health Network held a Beam-Raising ceremony on Tuesday, August 1 to celebrate one of the last structural beams being placed on the Medical Office Building. The new buildings will be located near the intersection of Route 100 and Grosser Road in Gilbertsville and is expected to open in the fall of 2024.
