In addition to the grocery store, the development will include 25 one-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments. The Bethlehem Food Co-op is leasing 6,500 square feet of the ground floor from Peron. The store will be owned by its 1,115 members, who will shop at a discounted rate, but the store will be open to the public.
