South Whitehall Township completed a major renovation and addition project to their 33,000 SF facility that addressed system issues in their aging building and provided new office and public meeting rooms. The new facility allows South Whitehall Township staff to serve the constituents in an environment that is safe and productive.
Parkland Community Library’s renovation included an addition to increase services to residents. The footprint of 5,400 SF expanded to 10,200 SF, including a new extension with a first and second floor. The renovation also features a new children’s wing as well as additional parking, which allows for expanded services for the Parkland Community Library residents at their existing location.
