Jan Kelly Assistant Project Manager

    Jan recently joined the Boyle team, bringing with her 12 years of construction industry experience. Her background features working for architectural and engineering firms, where she served as a liaison among architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Jan offers experience preparing and processing project bids, verifying due diligence and insurance certifications, overseeing subcontractor contracts and change orders, prepar-ing and tracking project submittals, requesting vendor quotes and ensuring project deliveries, processing project operations and maintenance manuals, assisting field operations with drawing changes, and overall assisting project managers from the bidding process through project closeout.

    Jan’s duties at Boyle include helping our Project Managers with all aspects of running construction projects, including coordinating AIA contracts, purchase orders, change orders, project directory submittals, and closeout documents and preparing project permits. She also follows through with subcontractor and vendor information for our projects. Jan’s professional administrative back-ground helps our projects run smoothly.
