Project Description

Boyle performed construction management services for a multi-phased project that renovated the Ciocca Dealership’s interior showroom, F&I offices, Internet Sales office, kitchen, toilet rooms, retail parts area and customer lounge and expanded the showroom with a new entrance and icon tower. Site paving, curbing, sidewalk, demolition, concrete, masonry, shoring, structural steel, metal framing/drywall/ACT, interior finishes, ACM panels, EIFS, carpentry, casework, roofing, doors, hardware and aluminum storefront along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades were also part of the project.

The renovations and additions were completed in multiple phases while the dealership maintained full operations during construction. For the dealership to remain fully functional, much of the work was completed during off hours.
