Project Description

This city-sponsored technology center provides 8,000 SF of flexible space developed to provide quality affordable office space for growing technology companies. The majority of the companies start at the Ben Franklin Technology Center and utilize the affordable rent at Pi to start their companies and build their staffs.

Office space, a shared board room and other office facilities allow companies to interact but provide enough room for privacy in office areas, to collaborate and build the next hottest technology. Pi also offers a parking lot, a key attraction for local businesses.

The Pi project renovated the top floor of a 100-year-old building.
