We oversee your project’s subcontractors, if you have a public project and public bid process, or we directly hire the subcontractors for a private commercial project. Boyle’s construction experience facilitates your project being completed in less time without sacrificing design quality or facility function. With Boyle project involvement from planning and design through construction and building occupancy, we represent your financial and design interests and are responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing the preconstruction and construction work.

    Design-Build

    Boyle teams with an architect and engineers to provide planning, design, and construction services as a single entity/contract to you, the Owner. Boyle’s Design-Build team provides all services, including planning; management; architecture; civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering; and construction. We are responsible for all planning and design documentation, so our transition from the design to the build phase is seamless. Design-Build avoids contracts awarded solely on price, providing for qualifications-based contractor selection. It also provides for quicker construction, with time being saved with pre-ordering materials and beginning site work before the design is completed. Boyle offers long-standing working relationships with many talented architects and engineers if this form of project delivery system appeals to you.

    General Contractor

    Boyle provides this traditional construction service in which we examine your plans and submit a lump sum price to complete your construction project. This service is ideal if you already hired your architect and engineers and have your plans ready for bidding. Boyle’s in-depth project estimating and scheduling experience, along with our established subcontractor relationships, allows us to provide value pricing based on your project’s plans and specifications. Our skilled project managers and onsite superintendents, in addition to our firm’s size, enable Boyle to be flexible and responsive to your unique project needs and requests. Under general contractor services, Boyle reports to your architect or Owner representative.
