Episcopal House, built in 1968, is a high-rise community of 210 one-bedroom and studio apartments in the heart of Allentown. Boyle helped their team renovate each of the 19 floors one at a time with the least disruption to the residents. Renovations include all new finishes, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and updated common spaces throughout the building. It is exciting to see the transformation!
