Drywall and Carpentry Specialist
Position:
This position reports to the General Superintendent. In the position, the Drywall and Carpentry Specialist will possess a strong background in drywall installation, finishing, and repair, as well as foundational carpentry skills to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Build and install frameworks such as walls, partitions, door frames, and supports.
- Install backing, blocking, and bracing as required for drywall and millwork.
- Possess knowledge of millwork and finish carpentry.
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific spaces using hand and power tools.
- Secure drywall sheets using screws, nails, or adhesives.
- Tape and finish joints, corners, and seams using joint compound and finishing tools.
- Sand surfaces to prepare for final finishing or painting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
Safety
- Exhibit commitment to a safe workplace and worksite.
- Maintain applicable construction or general industry trainings or certifications as required for themselves.
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) before starting work.
- Complete Pre-Task Plans (PTP) where required.
- Report any HSE violations and unsafe findings to Boyle person in charge.
- Notify Boyle person in charge of any PPE infractions by Boyle personnel, subcontractors, or anyone else onsite.
- Notify Boyle person in charge or Director of Safety immediately in the event of an incident, accident, near-miss, if an OSHA/EPA/Country official arrives on-site or when a unique hazard arises.
- Consult with Director of Safety during job-site observations and audits to review and evaluate any identified safety observations or recommendations.
Qualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma, professional training, or 5 years of field experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, possesses a strong work ethic, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Construction Material Driver
Position: Construction Material Driver
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. In this role, the Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse team in supporting the field teams by supplying construction materials and equipment as needed.
Qualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of building construction (tools and construction materials)
- Ability to back up a trailer
- Must pass a physical to obtain a DOT driver’s medical card
Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:
- Work independently and as a team to assemble, load, and unload field orders
- Provide support to the field teams by accurately delivering orders
- Receiving and stocking warehouse items, keeping accurate inventory records
- Operate vehicles and machinery as needed (i.e. forklift, trailers)
- Provide support to the office as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly position
- Annual employee reviews and salary increases are typically done each year

Technology Coordinator
The Technology Coordinator directs and coordinates activities related to the management, acquisition, installation, and maintenance of internal communications and information systems and related equipment. Additionally, this person will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for basic IT-related questions/issues and guide employees on how to engage IT support through IT Management Company
- Procure, manage, distribute, and replace common IT accessories and peripherals including chargers, screen protectors, device cases, etc.
- Assist with deployments of hardware as directed by the Technology Coordinator/IT Management Company
- Track and manage technology inventory, included phased-out or broken equipment
- Conduct technology onboarding sessions for new hires
- Assist employees with company specific software applications
- Provide on-site assistance for field employees when needed
- Communicate recurring issues or employee technology needs to the Technology Coordinator/IT Management company
- Complete the final setup steps on mobile devices for new hires before their onboarding session, or for current employees needing a replacement or upgrade, after IT Management Company has handled the initial setup
- Communicate with external technology partners including software vendors, platform providers, and third-party service providers
- Support data management initiatives across company platforms
- Assist with Open API integrations between platforms to improve automation and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.) to automate workflows and improve business processes

Qualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (including Power BI, Excel & Access)
- Documentation skills including the ability to create and maintain IT documentation & guides
- Strong interpersonal skills to support employees of all technical levels
- Familiarity with industry specific tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Outbuild, etc. is a plus
- Experience with data management (extraction/cleaning)

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry is required, construction management degree preferred. This position reports to the Director of Operations. Candidate will plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Negotiating and writing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Project Scheduling
- Chairing Project Meetings and recording meeting minutes

Project Superintendent
This position reports to the General Superintendent. The Project Superintendent position is responsible for supervising all on-site construction in the location(s) assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely and communicate constantly with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Assistant PM’s, Clients, and A/E team.
- Manage Subcontractors, Trades, and all Field Personnel to meet deadlines and milestones of aggressively paced project schedules, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Track and receive material deliveries, resolving delivery discrepancies.
- Review construction drawings and shop drawings for job feasibility and compliance.
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports for each project.
- Document status of project with digital photographs daily.
- Prepare schedules and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Responsible for Q/A and punch list generation and supervision.
- Ensure adherence to strict safety standards ensuring Subcontractors are properly trained and knowledgeable with OSHA and safety related areas. May include working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintains an organized and clean job site.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Exhibiting leadership and commitment to a safe workplace and worksite.
- Maintain applicable construction or general industry trainings or certifications as required for themselves and their team.
- Ensure all sites implement and maintain safe work practices at all times.
- Ensure implementation of all Boyle Construction Inc. safety documentation.
- Review subcontractor qualifications and all safety submittals.
- Review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) before starting work. Complete a Pre-Task Plan (PTP) where required.
- Conduct regular look ahead meetings, identifying safety precautions for the site and all scopes of work.
- Conduct site HSE observations and reporting safe and unsafe findings under observation in the appropriate software (currently Procore or HammerTech).
- Notify supervisor or Director of Safety immediately in the event of an incident, accident, near-miss, if an OSHA/EPA/Country official arrives on-site or when a unique hazard arises.
- Support all incident, accident and near-miss investigations and ensuring all required reports (to include corrective actions) are completed and distributed accordingly.
- Consult with Director of Safety during job-site observations and audits to review and evaluate any identified safety observations or recommendations.
- Undertake prompt corrective action(s) on any health, safety, and environmental recommendation(s).
Qualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:
- 3 plus years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Must have a strong background and thorough knowledge of all trades involved in commercial construction.
- Ability to effectively use a computer and required software (Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building codes and safety laws.
- Knowledge of permitting, review, and inspection process.
- Ability to forecast scheduling challenges and present possible solutions.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural and finish systems as well as building methodology.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize workflow with multiple interruptions.

Carpenter
Position:
Boyle Construction a 45-year-old Lehigh Valley based Construction Manager and General Contractor is seeking to hire experienced Commercial Carpenters to join their rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities:
In this role the Carpenter shall perform all types of general commercial carpentry including but not limited to the following; selective hand demolition; small and select concrete; wood (rough) carpentry; millwork and finish carpentry; metal studs and drywall; acoustical ceilings; doors, frames and hardware installation among other tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a carpenter or laborer or completion of carpentry program at a trade school;
