Introducing Mike Pebley, Director of Safety

At Boyle Construction, safety is more than a checklist. It is a core value that guides how we plan, build, and lead every project. That is why we are proud to announce the newest member of our leadership team: Mike Pebley, our new Director of Safety.

Mike brings over 25 years of hands-on safety experience across complex construction projects, with a proven record of fostering strong jobsite cultures and achieving OSHA-recognized excellence. His leadership has helped deliver major builds for companies such as Merck, Colgate, Novo Nordisk, and the New York Stock Exchange. He has also led award-winning safety partnerships, including an OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) site and a successful OSHA collaboration at the Bloomberg Data Center in East Windsor, NJ.

But beyond the accolades, Mike is known for something even more important: his collaborative, field-first approach. He is passionate about working closely with field teams, leading proactive morning huddles, and ensuring safety is not just top-down. It is a shared responsibility embraced by everyone on site.

“Safe projects don’t happen by accident,” Mike says. “They start with thoughtful planning, open communication, and a shared commitment to protecting one another. My job is to help make that culture second nature.”

When he is not on site, Mike enjoys drag racing, traveling, and spending time with his family. His energy and dedication are already making a strong impact across our teams.
