In this expanded role, Ed will continue working with our clients and lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthening our pipeline and expanding the capabilities we bring to clients across Boyle and our affiliated companies.
Ed will oversee general estimating and work closely with our marketing team to support new project pursuits, bringing valuable insight into budget development, fee structures, scheduling, logistics, and proposal strategy. His involvement ensures that every project starts with a clear understanding of client needs and project feasibility from the start.
Clients will continue to benefit from Ed’s leadership and deep industry relationships. He will remain a trusted partner to long-standing clients, providing continuity, strategic insight, and trusted guidance.
