Banko needed a new home

Banko Beverage needed a new corporate office and a larger warehouse for their growing beverage distribution business. Boyle's design/build team lead the addition and renovation to an existing 120,000 SF building creating offices, warehouse and distribution space. The addition was designed to match the existing pre-engineered building with masonry base and insulated metal panels, which required complex details and construction sequence coordination. The facility features a beer cooler and a tempered warehouse. Boyle worked through some existing building conditions to deliver an excellent finished product for the Banko team.
