Phased renovation

Boyle Construction is currently renovating a wing of an existing Evonik building to house their high-performance polymer group relocating from another facility. Project includes demolition, 30,000 square-foot renovation and complete reconstruction of all Architectural and MEP divisions. The Final space will include all lab grade air quality, proper ventilation and plumbing systems for the new research team.
