Phased renovation

Boyle Construction completed more than 150,000 square feet of phased renovations for Evonik across the former Air Products campus, supporting the relocation of its High Performance Polymer Group and the expansion of its research operations. The project included selective demolition and full reconstruction of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to create advanced testing laboratories, modern office space, a 25,000-square-foot hoteling suite, and upgraded utility infrastructure. Specialized systems support laboratory-grade air quality, advanced ventilation, multiple gas distribution networks, and DI, tepid, and potable water services, while flexible workspace features, integrated technology, and utility plant upgrades position the facility for continued innovation and future growth.
