New home for admin services

Lafayette College leased space for administrative offices in the historic Alpha Building in downtown Easton for over 50 employees. Boyle oversaw the renovations of 17,000 SF over three floors of the nine-story building. The new space features sweeping views of downtown Easton, conference and training spaces, an art studio, a community dialogue center, and lounge facilities with amenities. Boyle also renovated the Alpha Building’s common areas for the owner.
