Building Lower Gwynedd Township's New Public Works Facility

Boyle Construction is proud to serve as the Agency Construction Manager for Lower Gwynedd Township’s new public works facility. This project will feature two modern buildings designed to support the township’s essential operations. • The first building, at 28,000 square feet, will house storage areas, a repair bay, a wash bay, and a maintenance shop, providing the infrastructure needed to keep equipment and vehicles in top condition. • The second building, at 13,800 square feet, will include offices, bunks, and equipment storage, creating a functional space for staff and crews to work, rest, and organize resources. Located side by side, these facilities are designed for efficiency and accessibility, reflecting Boyle Construction’s commitment to building spaces that strengthen municipal services and support the community.
