Security rules in new industry

The medical marijuana industry is new to everyone in design and construction. We are working with Mission PA partners on their second facility. The first facility in Emmaus, PA was a 2,500 SF fit-out transforming an existing building into a dispensary. Per guidelines, there is a secured lobby, consultation room to meet with the doctor, and locked display cases. The existing structure posed some challenges due to the outdated infrastructure. Upgrading the facility substantially for security and code standards, Boyle worked directly with the owner to facilitate the new brand and design concepts.
