Peron Development completely renovated a historic bank building on the south side of Bethlehem, in the heart of former Bethlehem Steel land. Social Still distillery appreciated the properties uniqueness and configured their operations around the space into a distillery and restaurant. Boyle managed the entire construction process including the financial incentive Community Revitalization Investment Zone (CRIZ) documentation.
