New life for aging station
The train station renovation project expanded and restored three historic buildings to provide leasable spaces for the Borough of Souderton. Built in 1926, the structures required significant reconstruction and considerable site improvements to make them a viable commercial option. The Borough is leasing the facilities to further enhance its downtown area resurgence. Boyle had extensive coordination with the infrastructure surrounding the facilities including SEPTA and local utility coordination.
