Project Description

Boyle is currently providing Design-Build-Assist Construction Management Services for a new 75,000 SF, three-story Ambulatory Surgical Center and Medical Office Building on St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Anderson Campus.

The facility’s exterior construction is structural steel framing with stone, brick, and EIFS exterior finishes. The roof will be a mansard-sloped metal roof, to provide a privacy screen for the roof-top mechanical equipment. Two-story curtainwall windows will span the second and third floors, and a drive-through porte cochere will cover the main entrance.

The First Floor will offer building services (equipment), a small cafeteria, common toilet rooms, a lobby, and a Phlebotomy Suite. The Second Floor will feature doctor offices, procedure rooms, labs, and exam rooms for the Urology, OBGYN and GI practices. The Third Floor will offer six outpatient operating room, four procedure rooms with patient holding areas, lab rooms, exam rooms, and a staff locker area.
