Shoemaker's kids needed shoes
Alloy 5 Architects saw potential in a former industrial building as it's new company headquarters adjacent to historic downtown Bethlehem. The space is an open concept layout where new sustainable finishes work in concert with original brick walls and bead board ceilings. The 2,500 SF studio features collaborative office space, private offices and a conference room. Exterior changes were made to improve the property, completing the transformation.
