Eating and meeting in style

Blue is an upscale grill house and event center located in Bethlehem. Kicking off this multi-phased renovation project with a vengeance was Hurricane Irene storm damage, which caused the restaurant to temporarily close. Boyle was able to get the restaurant and event center fully operational within a few months, with floor to ceiling renovations. A later addition was the 2,000 SF outdoor bar with a sculptural fireplace that serves as a focal point. The final project phase completed renovations to the second floor meeting rooms which are ideal for corporate meetings and private family events.
