Supporting a Middle School’s Next Phase of Growth
Boyle Construction is managing additions and renovations to an existing 185,500 square foot middle school originally built in 1975. The current project adds a new 9,000 square foot six-classroom wing and a 6,000 square foot cafeteria addition, along with approximately 3,000 square feet of interior renovations. The work also includes supporting site improvements and landscaping. The team will phase construction to keep the school operational and complete interior renovations during summer months when the building is vacant, helping minimize disruption to students and staff.
