Five 10 Flats offers 95 luxury apartments above a ground floor of retail space, in the heart of Bethlehem's growing southside. Adjacent to the Greenway walking trail, this five-story building’s exterior was designed with surrounding context in mind, to echo the adjacent former Bethlehem Steel buildings’ industrial feel and local architecture. The apartments feature open concept kitchen and living room areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and in-apartment laundry. Boyle oversaw all land development and construction services including the relocation of site utility lines and the remediation of materials left on the old industrial site.
