Top to bottom renovation

Design-build renovations were given to four floors of the 1243 building at Lehigh Valley Hospital. The project consisted of renovating 90,000 SF of existing healthcare and physicians’ offices to provide space for ambulatory physician suites, adult and pediatric rehab suites, physical therapy and educational classroom space. Boyle provided existing conditions surveys and code compliance evaluations. With this information the Boyle team met with multiple stakeholders, doctors and hospital staff to successfully meet the programmatic needs on a tight budget.
