City cultivates innovation
This city-sponsored technology center provides 8,000 SF of flexible, affordable office space for growing technology companies. The Pi project renovated the top floor of a 100-year-old building to include offices, a shared board room and facilities allowing companies to interact. Pi offers budding inventors a place to explore and refine their products before heading out on their own. Boyle managed the project to fit the new technological requirements in the dated infrastructure.
