Growing need for space

The Primo Produce project included a 40,000 SF expansion of their cold storage warehouse, including a top of the line processing area that was to clean room specs. The office expansion added a 3 story, 16,500 SF office addition adjacent to their existing office and warehouse space. Working adjacent to existing, occupied buildings was very challenging. Both were executed without impacting Primo's existing operations in anyway. The team accomplished this with careful logistics planning and at some junction points erected temporary enclosures and elaborate protection systems.
