Shaping the Future of Springfield Township with a New Community Center

We are proud to serve as the Construction Manager for Springfield Township’s new 15,808-square-foot community center. Currently in the pre-construction phase, our team is working closely with township leaders to prepare for this exciting project that will soon become a cornerstone of the community. This modern, single-story facility will feature a basketball court with spectator seating and several multipurpose rooms to host events, programs, and gatherings for residents of all ages. To ensure accessibility, the project also includes 101 parking spaces, making it convenient for everyone to enjoy. We are honored to partner with Springfield Township on this important addition and look forward to delivering a space that fosters connection, recreation, and community pride.
