A New Home for Stauffer Operations

Boyle Construction is serving as Construction Manager for Stauffer's new 186,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution facility, which combines 156,000 square feet of warehouse space with 30,000 square feet of modern office space. The project will consolidate operations currently spread across multiple facilities into a single centralized location, improving efficiency, communication, and coordination across the organization. The facility features a Butler pre-engineered metal building system, integrated warehouse and office operations, extensive racking and loading areas, and employee-focused amenities including outdoor seating and walking paths. The site also includes parking, truck circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, utilities, and roadway improvements to support long-term growth and operational success.
