Project Description

Boyle oversaw renovations to an existing urban, storefront building to create an open floor plan market with over 14 vendor booths. The Easton Public Market hosts a lineup of vendors offering fresh produce, artisan meats, seafood, beer, chocolate, baked goods and other products in downtown Easton. It offers an “inside” version of its sister market, the Easton Farmers’ Market, which is America’s oldest, continuous open-air market. These two markets support local farmers and crafters and provide the community with fresh, locally-sourced food.

The Easton Public Market offers farm table seating inside and patio seating outside. It features a community room and cooking demonstrations in The Kitchen. This Easton Public Market provides a culinary experience and serves as a vibrant community gathering place for shopping, dining and learning.

The project included refinishing existing wooden floors, painting the entire structure, vendor fitouts and finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades.
