Creative forces join to renovate

Two companies joined forces to create modern office spaces from a tired data center. Boyle Construction and MKSD Architects purchased and renovated 13,000 SF building into two autonomous offices. Each tenant space offers private offices along the exterior walls and group workstations in the interior spaces. The new facility provides excellent flexible work spaces with joint amenities, the space continues to evolve as needs change over time.
