Honoring past, building future

Boyle Construction is part of a Peron Development team in the design and pre-development stage to convert the former Art Deco Bethlehem Armory into 85 residential units and light commercial space. The 33,000 SF Armory building sits on two acres in west Bethlehem’s Mount Airy neighborhood. The project’s current design development proposes 85 apartments, with mixed-use commercial tech space within the former drill hall and offices within the existing Armory facility. The tech space will include incubator office space. On the National Register of Historic Places, the Floyd Simons Armory was built in 1930.
