Honoring past, building future

Boyle Construction was part of a Peron Development team in the design and pre-development stage to convert the former Art Deco Bethlehem Armory into 75 residential units and light commercial space. The 33,000 SF Armory building sits on two acres in west Bethlehem’s Mount Airy neighborhood. The project has 75 apartments, with potential for mixed-use space within the former drill hall and offices within the existing Armory facility. On the National Register of Historic Places, the Floyd Simons Armory was built in 1930.
