Fire station gets back on track

Boyle was brought on to manage the project after cost overruns jeopardized construction start. With excellent value engineering ideas, Boyle provided construction management services for the three-bay, 7,500 SF fire station. After a few months of collaborating with designers and assisting in multiple budgets, the new bids came in on budget, enabling the project to move forward. The three-bay, two-story Fire Station features first-ever women’s quarters and can house up to eight firefighters.
