Project Description

Boyle oversaw construction for a 6,000 SF addition to the Snyder’s-Lance warehouse in Lower Nazareth Township. The project doubled the snack food company’s existing warehouse space to accommodate an increased product line, with Snyder’s of Hanover’s purchase of snack maker Lance in 2010. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Snyder’s-Lance distributes a number of its product lines out of this Lehigh Valley location.

The project included site work, concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry foundation, drywall, acoustical ceiling systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm system and retrofitting a portion of the existing building with a sprinkler system.

The project also featured upgrades to the warehouse’s 350 SF office area, with new windows and doors, new flooring, new sprinkler system and interior painting.
