Project Description

Boyle oversaw the renovation of three floors of an existing urban office building to create the new Lehigh County 911 Communica-tions and Emergency Management Center. The County consolidated all emergency operations into a single location.

The first floor houses the Call Center operations, which features 16 dispatch stations in the interior with supervisor offices, facilities and a break room on the perimeter. The second floor contains the Equipment Room with electronic and network hardware. The third renovated floor houses Lehigh County’s Emergency Operations Center, which includes offices, a training room and an employee lounge with a kitchen.
