Project Description

Boyle oversaw construction of a new apartment building, built over two long-dormant parking lots near Moravian College in the northwest section of Bethlehem.

Chelsea Commons will offer 30 luxury apartments, with 18 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units available. The 34,350 SF, three-story building also has parking onsite, a big amenity for apartment dwellers. The apartments feature open concept kitchen and living room areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and in-apartment laundry facilities. The two-bedroom apartments have master bedrooms with en suite master bathrooms. The apartments also have keyless apartment entry and the Butterfly MX entry system, which allows apartment residents to provide building access to visitors via their cellphones.
